Specifying the test-beam sensor geometry with ASCII card files

The ASCII description of the test-beam geometry is read from file TkPSIMay2002/test/TBSimTrackerSetUp, which in turn reads the files such as SIM_5 which it refers to.

The format of the SIM_* files may be understood by referring to the code which reads them TkTestBeamInterface/src/TBSimTrackerBuilder.
